Chokers By Chloe Dougan Designs

I’m back with another post about Chloe Dougan – and this time, I’m talking about her chokers. Chloe is a designer, from Northern Ireland, living in Belfast. Having graduated from Ulster University in a degree in Textile Art, Design with Fashion in 2014; Chloe’s designs have been seen storming the runways at Belfast Fashion Week and The Merchant Hotel’s Fabulous Fashion Teas.

My designs are well recognised as being edgy and feminine with strong elements of leathers, suede’s and lace; my favourite fabrics to work with as they are so striking and make a great impact.” – Chloe Dougan

And Chloe’s choker collection follows the same example: with mixtures of leather, suede and lace. A bonus is that these materials are byproducts of animal food waste, so no animals are harmed in the production of these pieces. These fabrics are soft to the touch, luxurious, and unique. Chloe, you’ve done it again!
